Pandido Terms and Conditions for Account and Gaming Activity
Last Updated: August 23, 2026
These terms govern the relationship between the registered player and Dreamline Ventures SRL when Pandido casino, sportsbook, bonus, payment and support services are used. Opening an account and continuing to use it confirms acceptance of the current terms, promotion-specific rules and game or bet rules shown at the point of action. Where a promotion has stricter conditions than a general cashier rule, the promotion condition controls that reward.
1. Contract, Eligibility and Personal Responsibility
The account holder must meet the legal gambling age that applies to the place of residence and must act only with personal funds. Registration information must be accurate and kept current. The player is responsible for checking local law, controlling credentials, understanding the selected game or wager and deciding whether gambling remains affordable.
2. One Account Belonging to One Person
Only one personal account may be held unless the operator gives written approval. The registered name, date of birth, address and contact details must describe the account holder. Duplicate, shared, transferred or deliberately misidentified accounts can trigger review, consolidation, suspension of transactions or closure under the contractual rules.
Credentials must not be shared. Activity completed through a correctly authenticated account is treated as account activity until unauthorised access is reported and investigated.
3. Verification Before Funds Are Released
Pandido can request identity, address, payment ownership and source-of-funds evidence. A typical review uses photo identification, recent proof of address and a masked statement or screenshot linking the payment method to the player. Documents must be current, legible and unedited. A withdrawal remains subject to review until the required evidence has been accepted.
4. Deposits, Ownership and One-Time Turnover
A payment method must belong to the account holder. The cashier displays the supported method, currency, minimum, maximum and any processor condition before confirmation. Deposited funds must generally be wagered once before withdrawal. Where money is withdrawn without that turnover, the terms permit an administrative deduction, commonly in the 10–15% range, to cover processing and risk controls.
Chargebacks, reversed deposits, disputed transfers and incorrect crypto networks can lead to investigation. Cryptocurrency instructions are final only when the asset, address and network all match the cashier order.
5. Withdrawal Order and Published Limits
A withdrawal is submitted from the cashier to an eligible method. The account may first pass security, identity, bonus and payment-history checks. Published first-tier capacity begins at €500 per day and €7,000 per month, with account-specific increases possible through the VIP programme. Currency equivalents and method limits appear in the live cashier.
| Withdrawal stage | Player action | Condition that can pause progress |
|---|---|---|
| Request | Select method and amount | Amount outside the cashier range |
| Review | Monitor transaction status | KYC, bonus balance or payment mismatch |
| Approval | Keep the receiving method active | Provider ownership check |
| Transfer | Track provider or network reference | Bank, card or blockchain settlement time |
6. Bonus Activation Creates Separate Rules
A bonus must be activated through the stated route and funded by the qualifying method and amount. The standard casino welcome offer uses a €20 minimum, 35x turnover on deposit plus bonus, 40x on free-spin winnings, a €5 maximum active-bonus stake and a 10-day period. The crypto welcome uses a 100 USDT minimum and 40x on deposit plus bonus. The sports welcome has its own qualifying wager and 6x turnover.
Games can contribute at different rates. Slots may count at 100%, while some live tables, Plinko and video poker count at a lower percentage; jackpots can be excluded. A withdrawal, expired period, prohibited strategy, excess stake or ineligible payment can remove a reward under its terms. The live promotion panel is the controlling record of status and progress.
7. Casino Results and Interrupted Rounds
Game outcomes are determined by the relevant game system and rules. The account balance and game history record the settled result. If a connection fails after a wager is accepted, the round can continue on the provider server and settle when the result is returned. A disputed round should be reported with the title, date, time, stake and round identifier.
8. Sports Bets, Odds and Settlement
The bet slip shows selection, market, odds, stake and projected return before submission. A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the system. Rules for abandoned events, postponed fixtures, dead heats, palpable errors, cash-out and market settlement apply by sport and market. Promotion odds thresholds are separate from ordinary market acceptance.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Fraud, collusion, account sale, payment abuse, identity manipulation, automated exploitation, bonus coordination and interference with platform operation are prohibited. The operator may review connected devices, payments, betting patterns and accounts where a reasonable integrity concern arises. Funds remain subject to the outcome and applicable legal duties.
10. VIP Status and Account-Specific Benefits
VIP activity is measured over a rolling period, published as 90 days. Five levels can affect offers, cashback, manager access and withdrawal capacity. Status is not permanent; a period without qualifying activity can return the account to the first level. The VIP panel controls the current position and benefits.
11. Inactivity and Account Closure
An inactive account can incur the fee stated in the current terms, published as €5 after 180 days of inactivity, subject to account currency and balance. A player may request closure through support after outstanding bets, payments and checks are resolved. Responsible-gambling closure and self-exclusion are handled under the dedicated protection procedure.
12. Complaints and Evidence
A complaint should first be submitted to support with the registered email, event date, amount, transaction or round reference and the remedy requested. The operator may request additional evidence and will review account records, provider records and applicable rules. Any escalation route stated in the current terms should be used only after the internal process is complete.
13. Changes and Severability
Terms can be updated for legal, regulatory, security or operational reasons. The update date identifies the current document. If one clause cannot be enforced, the remaining clauses continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
